Elise Curley obtained a degree in Conservation Biology in the Environmental Sciences program at UBC. She first became interested and passionate about environmental conservation in grade five while participating in an environmental education project at her elementary school. Elyse combines her love of the environment and teaching kids to encourage and motivate the environmentalists of the future. |

Julia O’Loughlin is a registered holistic nutritionist, whose passions involve working with children to teach them how to make food both healthy and delicious and the impact that conventional foods have on our environment. Julia leads the nutrition and cooking elements of Earth Bites and you will often find her leading in house cooking classes at Rocky Mountain. |

Sharon Hanna has been gardening here in Vancouver for over 30 years. Her busy life includes writing for Canadian gardening magazines, running her own gardening business, teaching communities and schools to grow their own food. Sharon designs and leads the growing element of Earth Bites in Vancouver. |
