In our Canmore and Kitsilano restaurants our team is busy handcrafting and partially baking pizzas in our artisan ovens for retail stores across Western Canada. They are sold in our restaurants and the frozen section of your favourite health food store.

	The Four Cheese Classic - A delicious blend of fresh herbs, marinated cherry tomatoes and four cheeses. Goat’s cheese mozzarella, parmesan and asiago.
	Three Herb Pesto Sensation - A delicious blend of pesto, brown mushrooms, marinated cherry tomatoes and avocado with mozzarella and parmesan.
	Sun-dried Tomato & Goat Cheese - A delicious blend of mozzarella and goat’s cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, brown mushrooms and garlic oil.
	Spiced Sausage and Tomato - A delicious blend of spiced sausage (pepperoni without the nitrates!), shaved red onions and rough chopped fresh herbs.
